Welcome to the GARPC Website
The Greater Atlanta Racing Pigeon Club (GARPC) was chartered in 1984.
We presently have 40+ members from most every part of the metro Atlanta area.
GARPC meets the 1st Tuesday of every month except during racing season
(May-June for Old Bird racing & September-October for Young Bird racing.)
We utilizes the UNICON electronic clock and UPR system for club awards.
Both Old Bird and Young Bird Race Series are flown on the Northeast course. Old Bird races are 200 to 600 miles, Young Bird races are 100 to 300 miles.
We race with the Peach State Combine.
We are members of the American Racing Pigeon Union (ARPU / AU) as well as the Dixie Southern Racing Pigeon Association. (DSRPA)
GARPC will be host of the 2011 (DSRPA) Dixie Southern Racing Pigeon Association Convention and Race!
